You have all been amazing, right the way through, from answering all my questions, really promptly and accurately, my treatment while I have been on site, I really can’t fault it anywhere, and I’m not just being polite English!! you have cared for me so well, thank you all very much! Axel you have been so good at explaining all the processes to me, and what you are doing every step of the way which has helped me so much. I have felt very safe in your hands. One tiny point - I wasn’t sure how long I would be here on second day. So could maybe have booked earlier flight but very small point.
