ATTENTION!!

Dear patients,

due to the current situation and the increasing spreading of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, many questions have risen for our patients. Some of you are unsure as to whether they should come to their appointment at our clinic. We are totally understanding of the increasing need for more planning flexibility concerning your journey to us. In order to support our patients it is of course possible to cancel your appointment. Absolutely no charges for cancellations will apply. The Hanse-Klinik team is very anxious to counteract the spreading of SARS-CoV-2/Covid-19. The safety of our patients and staff is our number one priority. It is our intention that your stay at the clinic has the safety quality which defines and distinguishes us. Therefore we ask you to support us in this task.

If you are still unsure don‘t hesitate to contact us personally. Despite present challenges we will stay faithful to our guiding principle and continue our fight against lipoedema.

FAQs

I had contact with a corona virus infected patient. Should I cancel my appointment?
Yes, we would kindly ask you to do so. We will give you a new appointment as soon as you have been tested negative.

I have a cold with an infection of the respiratory tract. Should I cancel my appointment for the surgery/ consultation with you?
As a measure for safety precautions for all patients and staff we recommend a cancellation. Naturally you will receive an alternative appointment.

I am perfectly healthy. How high is the risk of getting infected in your clinic?
All staff at Hanse-Klinik don’t have any symptoms of Covid-19. Should this change we will close down the clinic immediately. The highest hygenical standards in all areas is of great importance for us.

I live in a corona virus affected area. Should I keep the appointment?
If you have been recently tested negative you are welcome to come. But if you are unsure and haven‘t been tested we would recommend to postpone the appointment.
