Very professional

Thanks for taking care of me with both surgery and stay. Everything has been very professional and I have felt met and treated very well by all the staff. My doctor has been very nice and taking a lot of time explaining, asking questions, and I find it very trustful that she don’t do cosmetic surgery but only condition where medical condition is in place. It would be a help for me if I got the diagnose in writing from the doctor. The doctor is very good at being equallevel with me as a patient, so not one up-one down! Lovely nurses! Can’t wait getting back for next one! Merry Christmas, Happy new year.

Unglaublich empathisch, freundlich und professionell

Danke für die schönen drei Aufenthalte hier- ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an total wohl gefühlt. Noch nie ist mir so viel Freundlichkeit in einer Praxis begegnet- das gesamte Team ist absolut super! Vom Arzt (Herr Dr. Baumgartner) bis zu den weiteren Mitarbeiterinnen, Schwestern etc. sind alle durchweg unglaublich empathisch, freundlich und professionell. Ich werde meine Aufenthalte hier in bester Erinnerung behalten und bin auch sehr zufrieden mit meinem Ergebnis von den OPs. Herzlichen Dank und weiter so!

Die Nachtschwester ist die Beste

Die kleine Dame Susanne ( Nachtschwester) ist einfach die beste, sie macht ihre Arbeit wirklich super und nimmt sich viel Zeit für die Patienten. Ist immer lieb und ist auch wirklich süß. Ich wünsche ihr nur das Beste. Eventuell ein Tipp, das Desinfektionsmittel austauschen, da es extrem brennt auf den Wunden, eventuell Octenisept, da würden sich viele Patienten freuen.

Dankbar für mein richtiges Körpergefühl und mehr Lebensqualität

Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Ich habe mich rundum bestens betreut gefühlt und auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und fürsorglich und ich würde jedem diese Klinik uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich bin Ihnen sehr dankbar für mein richtiges Körpergefühl und mehr Lebensqualität. Der Blick in den Spiegel ist jetzt etwas schönes und ich freue mich auf Fahrradtouren und Schwimmbad mit meinen Kindern. 1000 Dank!

Ich habe mich nie zu etwas gedrängt gefühlt

Liebes Hanse-Klinik Team, sie alle, Ärzte, Schwestern und Verwaltungspersonal arbeiten hoch professionell. Zu jeder Zeit, ob Aufklärungsgespräch, bei noch aufkommenden Fragen, auch am OP Tag, habe ich mich sehr gut beraten und vorbereitet gefühlt. Ich habe mich nie zu etwas gedrängt gefühlt, ganz im Gegenteil. Selbst am OP Tag hätte es noch die Möglichkeit zu Veränderung oder Absage gegeben. Auch während der Nachsorge in der Klinik habe ich mich sehr sicher gefühlt, danke!
