Staff made procedure totally undaunting

Perhaps it is the ibuprofen taking but I honestly can’t fault the treatment I received. Even coming from abroad, the staff made the whole procedure totally undaunting.
One tip: for UK patient, it can be a very long wait to book blood tests and then more waiting to get the results so worth advising UK patients of this 4-5 weeks in advance.
