Höchst fachliche Kompetenz

Liebes Team der Hanse-Klinik, herzlichsten Dank! Ihr Service war, wie immer einzigartig und herausragend. Die Liebenswürdigkeit, Zuwendung, Aufmerksamkeit und natürlich höchst fachliche Kompetenz mit der Sie uns Patienten versorgen ist bemerkenswert und einfach wunderbar! Ich fühlte mich hier so wohl, daß es fast schade ist, daß dies meine letzte OP ist. Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Behandlung. Ich werde Sie weiterhin oft weiter empfehlen.

Super zuvorkommend

Ein tolles, freundliches, sehr hilfsbereites Team. Alle super zuvorkommend. Essen ist super lecker. Tolle Erklärung zum Verbandswechsel. Betten schön groß und weich. Badezimmer sauber und toll ausgestattet. Kostenloses Wlan :)
Negativ: die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, gerade die Wohnungen darüber hört man (ich bin aber auch Einzelhaus gewöhnt, daher die Kritik nicht zu ernst nehmen :) )

Very professional

Thanks for taking care of me with both surgery and stay. Everything has been very professional and I have felt met and treated very well by all the staff. My doctor has been very nice and taking a lot of time explaining, asking questions, and I find it very trustful that she don’t do cosmetic surgery but only condition where medical condition is in place. It would be a help for me if I got the diagnose in writing from the doctor. The doctor is very good at being equallevel with me as a patient, so not one up-one down! Lovely nurses! Can’t wait getting back for next one! Merry Christmas, Happy new year.

Extremely satisfied

I have been extremely satisfied with Hanse-Klinike. From the very first contact I have been met with great kindness, professionalism and attentiveness. I have felt inceribly well taken care of and I am already looking forward to coming back for my second operation.

Unglaublich empathisch, freundlich und professionell

Danke für die schönen drei Aufenthalte hier- ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an total wohl gefühlt. Noch nie ist mir so viel Freundlichkeit in einer Praxis begegnet- das gesamte Team ist absolut super! Vom Arzt (Herr Dr. Baumgartner) bis zu den weiteren Mitarbeiterinnen, Schwestern etc. sind alle durchweg unglaublich empathisch, freundlich und professionell. Ich werde meine Aufenthalte hier in bester Erinnerung behalten und bin auch sehr zufrieden mit meinem Ergebnis von den OPs. Herzlichen Dank und weiter so!

Die Nachtschwester ist die Beste

Die kleine Dame Susanne ( Nachtschwester) ist einfach die beste, sie macht ihre Arbeit wirklich super und nimmt sich viel Zeit für die Patienten. Ist immer lieb und ist auch wirklich süß. Ich wünsche ihr nur das Beste. Eventuell ein Tipp, das Desinfektionsmittel austauschen, da es extrem brennt auf den Wunden, eventuell Octenisept, da würden sich viele Patienten freuen.
