Mitarbeiter kümmern sich hervorragend

Empathische Art, die Ruhe ausstrahlt und so weit möglich auf Patientenwünsche eingeht! Aufmerksamer, professioneller und freundlicher Service, alle Mitarbeiter kümmern sich hervorragend, der Patient fühlt sich angenommen, alle Fragen werden ausführlich beantwortet. Die Zimmereinrichtung stellenweise angestoßen, das Kopfkissen ist nicht schön, aus hygienischen Gründen, aber wohl so erforderlich.

Terminvergabe herzlich und mit Hingabe

Für das Beratungsgespräch wird sich Zeit genommen. Es werden Beschwerden und Wünsche besprochen. Es erfolgt eine Foto Dokumentation. Während dieser wird man vom beratenden Arzt gefragt, was stört einen am meisten. Man wird verstanden und es werden ggf. weitere Problemzonen angesprochen, aber man wird zu nichts gedrängt. Bedürfnisse vom Patienten stehen im Vordergrund. Darauf folgt eine umfangreiche Beratung, Erläuterung und Kostenaufstellung. Terminvereinbarung direkt oder später. Operation ist super angenehm, da es keine Abfertigung ist. Es wird einem alles erklärt. Nach der OP super Versorgung und die Nachsorge nach 6 Monaten ebenfalls. Hatte keinerlei Erwartungen, aber schon beim verbinden nach der OP sprach das Ergebnis für sich. Dieses Ergebnis ist immer noch hervorragend und mittlerweile 8 Jahre her. Daher habe ich zwei weitere gemacht und das alleine spricht schon für sich. Vielen Dank für die tolle Arbeit. Kann ich nur wärmsten empfehlen.
