Such a good experience to be here

It it has been such a good experience to be here at the clinic. All of the staff are so nice, polite, and super attentive. Both, during the consultation, the surgery and the time after surgery, an otherwise awkward and vulnerable situation was made normal and safe for me to be in. I’m quite introvert and shy person, but they all made me feel at ease. The rooms are very nice, big and comfortable. If I were to make a wish, it would be better air-conditioning (I’m always very hot) and maybe a taller bed. I’m quite tall so it was a bit of a struggle to get up and down from the bed :) I am really really looking forward to my next surgeries and stays at the Hanse-Klinik. I get why there are so many recommendations to be treated here. Thank you.
