Almost perfect!

Almost perfect! My only suggestions are:
\1. as there is often a time lapse between consultations and visits for surgery- a quick reminder of dos and don’t’s before surgery- maybe a pictorial chart- would help reassure patients.
\2. as a blackout bedroom obsessive person, I would like the curtains to be more effective and blocking out outside lights completely.
5 stars for the way the bedroom and bathroom is spacious and furnished perfectly for the purpose.

all patients receive a checklist 4 weeks before their surgery via Email. Sometimes it gets overlooked in the excitement. If you check the email you received from us before your operation, you will surely find it :)
