Court judgment of March 23, 2023: Extraordinary burdens for expenses for liposuction
Expenses for liposuction to treat lipoedema can be taken into account as an extraordinary expense at least from 2016 without prior submission of an official medical report prepared before the operation or a medical certificate from a medical service of the health insurance company.
