Herzensempfehlung

Ich möchte mich sehr herzlich bedanken für diesen wunderbaren Tag! Es fühlte sich an wie ein Wellness-Tag. Die Behandlung war wie beschrieben, und ich habe mich stets sicher und wunderbar aufgehoben gefühlt. Die familiärer Atmosphäre habe ich sehr genossen, ebenso die Wärmedecke und die Grey’s Anatomy Folgen. Danke ebenfalls für das wunderbare Essen! Die Hanse-Klinik, Frau Meyer-Vollrath, sowie das gesamte Team sind eine Herzensempfehlung!

Emphatisches Team

Tolles, empathisches Team. War nun zum 2. Mal hier und es war wieder zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Ich kann diese Klinik einfach nur weiter empfehlen und hoffe, dass noch viele Patienten dieses Glück haben dürfen, sich hier behandeln zu lassen. Großen Dank an Frau Dr. Frambach und die super Krankenschwestern, sowie die Empfangsdamen.

Gutes Arbeitsklima

Als Patient schön zu sehen, dass nach über zehn Jahren noch einige bekannte Mitarbeiterinnen in der Klinik arbeiten. Das betrifft alle Abteilungen. Von außen betrachtet spricht das für ein gutes Arbeitsklima. In meinen Augen ein wichtiger Baustein für die Patienten. Ganz herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Sehr wohl gefühlt

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und fand es toll, dass Nachtschwester Susanne sich so viel Zeit für mich genommen hat. Auch Frau Dr. Meyer-Vollrath hat sich viel Zeit genommen. Um weniger Angst zu haben, hätte ich einen weiteren Gesprächstermin vor der OP mit Frau Doktor vereinbaren sollen, da der Zeitraum zum Gutachten OP lang war.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. You have all been wonderful and so kind and caring. The nurses are so helpful, the food has been lovely, the building is clean and spotless and the doctor- first class! Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart!
