Herzensmenschen, soweit das Auge reicht

Ich habe mich in der Hanse- Klinik rund um die Uhr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die OP bei Herrn Baumgartner nahmen mir alle unheimlichen Erwartungen sofort weg. Nach der OP ging es auf das große, gemütliche Zimmer, und kurz darauf folgte das leckere Essen vom Italiener. Den Schwestern merkt man an, dass sie ihren Job gerne machen. In der Hanse Klinik erwartet einen eine super Behandlung und Herzensmenschen, soweit das Auge reicht. Danke, nur zu empfehlen!

Es fehlt einem an nichts

Alles super! Alle Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Beratungsgespräch über den operativen Eingriff, bis hin zum Aufenthalt post- OP, wurde ich als Patientin immer mit eingebunden. Des Weiteren sind die Zimmer sauber, die Klinik ist telefonisch / per Mail gut zu erreichen und es fehlt einem an nichts. Danke an das gesamte Team!

Unglaublich professionell

Dr. Baumgartner und sein Team sind unglaublich professionell, megafreundlich und super zuvorkommend. Ich fühlte mich jederzeit super gut aufgehoben. Egal, ob während der OP davor oder danach. Das Zimmer und die Verpflegung waren einfach super! Dr. Baumgartner, vielen Dank für den ersten Schritt in Richtung einer neuen besseren Zukunft! Bald sehen wir uns wieder für den weiteren Schritt.

Spotlessly clean, no rush, friendly and professional

I had an excellent experience at the clinic. The facility is spotlessly clean. Every member of staff are welcoming + friendly and professional throughout my treatment. There is no rush, taking the time to answer any questions making me feel comfortable from the minute you walk in the door. Anyone having to have Lipoedema treatment should always come here. I can’t thank everyone enough and Heide is just so wonderful.

The best I have had in any European hospital

I Had the most incredible experience - all the staff were kind, caring and attentive. Everything was explained well and all questions answered. The room, the food and the cleanliness was the best I have had in any European hospital.. Thank you!

Sehr gut aufgehoben

Danke für alles! Ich bin das zweite Mal hier und fühle mich erneut sehr gut aufgehoben. Besonderes Lob möchte ich natürlich an Herrn Dr. Baumgartner aussprechen und an Nachtschwester Susanne! Susanne hat mir wirklich den Abend mit ihrer sympathischen ruhigen und herzlichen Art versüßt! Ich hätte mir mehr Informationen bezüglich des Rundstricks für die Waden OP gewünscht. So hätte man bereits einen Termin im Sanitätshaus machen können. Eventuell wäre es sinnvoll dies mit auf die Checkliste zu nehmen. Das ist natürlich meckern auf hohem Niveau. Ich bin Ihnen sehr dankbar und bis zum nächsten Mal!
