Exclusive manual review check:

Every review we receive is manually viewed and checked. The content of the evaluation is checked for logical contradictions and other abnormalities. Personal data is also compared in order to ensure that the evaluation can be assigned to a service provided by us.

Ratings are not filtered. Reviews that we can assign to a service or a customer and that do not violate applicable law will be published by us, regardless of whether they are formulated in a benevolent, critical or even derogatory manner.

Rating guidelines:

We are very happy if you rate our services. In order to ensure that your review is published, we ask that you comply with the following guidelines when submitting:

• Your opinion and any criticism may of course be included in the evaluation. Any form of insults and/or discrimination will not be tolerated.
• It is forbidden to leave advertisements for other services in the ratings.
• Reviews must be based on their experiences with our services and be truthful. Untrue claims and attempts on manipulation, no matter what form, will not be tolerated by us.
• In the event of a breach of the stated rating guidelines, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently remove submitted ratings.
