Great communication skills, empathy and compassion

Just the outside of premises could be smarter as it nearly put me off, until I see the inside and how lovely the staff are. I had a good feedback from liboedema UK, and from Global Lipedema, so I knew you was all good, I was not disappointed from desk, where informative, great communication skills, and Empathy, compassion as did all the staff. GP/ doctor was amazing.

Angenehme Atmosphäre

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Team in der Hanse Klinik. Von Sekretariat bis zum OP und den Schwestern im Zimmer wird eine angenehmer Atmosphäre erzeugt. Während der OP fühlt man sich gut betreut, auch in den Phasen, wenn es kurzweilig etwas anstrengender wird.

Es war alles perfekt – von der Behandlung der professionellen und liebenswürdigen Frau Dr. Meier-Vollrath bis zu der professionellen und fürsorglichen Betreuung der Krankenschwestern. Danke an alle.

Hoch professionell und menschlich

Von Anbeginn habe ich mich in der Hanse Klinik sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Team arbeitet hoch professionell und menschlich sehr zugewandt. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich mich bei diesem wichtigen Schritt einer Lebensveränderung für die Hanse-Klinik entschieden habe. Vielen lieben Dank!

Kaum zu toppen

Ich war wegen meiner wiederkehrenden Lipödemerkrankung bereits zum 6. Mal in der Hanse-Klinik. Die Behandlung ist hoch professionell und die Betreuung durch das gesamte Team ist sehr von Empathie geprägt und kaum zu toppen. Für die Hanse-Klinik Lübeck kann ich für alle Teilbereiche (Arzt, Pflege, Service) nur die allerbesten Bewertungen abgeben.

Ich habe mich in jedem Moment sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt

Liebes Hanse-Klinik Team, ich habe mich in jedem Moment sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Die Aufregung und Angst vor der OP beziehungsweise am OP Tag wurde mir durch die ruhige und einfühlsame Art aller Beteiligten sehr schnell genommen! Ich bin sehr froh darüber mich für so eine wundervolle Klinik (Team:) ) entschieden zu haben! Selbstverständlich bin ich mit dem OP Ergebnis auch rund um zufrieden! Vielen lieben Dank!
