Professional, knowledgeable and caring

I can only confirm all the good opinions I have read about Hanse Klinik. I felt very in Dr. Baumgartner’s hands and all the clinic staff in this place is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. They make the patient feel important and respected (even from the very first telephone/ mail contact). I highly appreciate Dr. Baumgartner commitment, not only as a surgeon, but also in the field of constant research and studies in lipoedema disease. I highly recommend Hanse Klinik for all the patients struggling with lipoedema.

Great communication skills, empathy and compassion

Just the outside of premises could be smarter as it nearly put me off, until I see the inside and how lovely the staff are. I had a good feedback from liboedema UK, and from Global Lipedema, so I knew you was all good, I was not disappointed from desk, where informative, great communication skills, and Empathy, compassion as did all the staff. GP/ doctor was amazing.

Angenehme Atmosphäre

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Team in der Hanse Klinik. Von Sekretariat bis zum OP und den Schwestern im Zimmer wird eine angenehmer Atmosphäre erzeugt. Während der OP fühlt man sich gut betreut, auch in den Phasen, wenn es kurzweilig etwas anstrengender wird.
