Tolle Atmosphäre

Liebe Hanse-Klinik, mein Aufenthalt war wieder ganz ganz toll. Dr. Baumgartner führte die OP durch und ich habe mich super gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Dr. Baumgartner ist ein äußerst sympathischer Arzt/ Mensch. Nicht zu vergessen die Mitarbeiter, OP-Schwestern, Pflegekräfte und das Sekretariat. Es herrscht eine tolle Atmosphäre und alle sind total bemüht das es einem als Patient an nichts fehlt und es einem gut geht. Der Geschäftsführer kann sehr stolz auf sein gesamtes Team sein. Liebe dankbare Grüße :)

Immer wieder meine erste Wahl für eine operative Behandlung eines Lipödems

Auch dieses Mal fühle ich mich wieder sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich würde ja sagen "gerne wieder", aber ich bin auch froh, dass es erst einmal meine letzte OP ist. Dennoch wäre die Hanse-Klinik immer wieder meine erste Wahl für eine operative Behandlung eines Lipödems. Die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter spricht für sich. Diese Lebensqualität ist mit nichts aufzuwiegen. Das Team der Hanse-Klinik hat es geschafft, mich bestmöglich dabei zu begleiten. Vielen dank auch an dieser Stelle für das Verständnis meiner Aufregung und Ängste. Sie machen hier einfach einen rundum tollen Job!

Sehr hohe Kompetenz

Auch der 2. Aufenthalt war geprägt von sehr hoher Kompetenz, Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientiertheit von Seiten der Ärztin, aller Schwestern und dem Servicepersonal. Ich kann die Hanse Klinik absolut weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank

Ich könnte mir keine bessere Aufklärung und Betreuung wünschen

Wer lässt sich schon gern operieren? Niemand! Und trotzdem kommen wir (ungewollt) freiwillig her. Warum nur?

  1. Wegen der Expertise und Menschlichkeit der Ärzte/ Ärztinnen. Ich könnte mir keine bessere Aufklärung und Betreuung wünschen.
  2. Die Schwestern sind der absoluter Knaller! Kompetent, freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Pflege mit Herz…
  3. Empfangsarbeit ist langweilig? Den Eindruck machen die Sekretärinnen nicht. Sie sind stets freundlich und gut erreichbar.
  4. Das Essen ist unfassbar gut. Wer Angst vor der OP hat, sollte sich darauf freuen. Und auf die Minibar!
  5. Der wichtigste Punkt: die Eingriffe helfen. Das sollte man sich immer vor Augen führen.

Fazit: Danke für alles! Und an alle Beteiligten!
