Rundum zufrieden

Ich bin rundum zufrieden- obwohl, bin ja jetzt weniger rund ;) Obwohl man sehr intim beieinander ist - bei der OP und beim Verbandswechsel, habe ich mich nie unwohl gefühlt. Ich würde mir auf dem Zimmer einen Zettel mit Ablauf wünschen (wann Verbandswechsel, wann Abendbrot etc.…) Und wir haben die Ankunftszeit im schriftlichen Material gesucht, später in der Mail gefunden. Würde ich einheitlich machen. Ansonsten: top!!!

Beeindruckende Professionalität und Herzlichkeit

Beeindruckend professionell und herzlich. Die Hanse-Klinik wird ihrem Slogan Kompetenz und Menschlichkeit wirklich gerecht! Meine Op ist nun 2 Wochen her und ich fühle mich immer noch umfassend betreut und beraten. Unsicherheiten konnte ich telefonisch klären und seit dem ersten Kontakt erlebe ich eine beeindruckende Professionalität und Herzlichkeit. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team, die aufmerksamen Damen am Empfang, die unfassbar tollen Krankenschwestern und an Frau Dr. Meyer-Vollrath, die eine fantastischen Job gemacht hat!
